Discussion on Application of Helicopters in Fire Protection
(0) Application of helicopters in fire protection can greatly increases city fire fighting and rescue capability, which will promote our countrys firefighting and rescue level from plane to tridimensional. The application situation and methods of helicopters used in fire fighting and rescue at home and abroad are investigated, the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of application are analyzed, the application of helicopters in high-rise fire fighting and rescue are discussed, the main problems for the use of helicopters in fire fighting and rescue should be resolved are summarized in this paper. As an expensive transportation tool that has potential dangers, any mistakes happen to helicopters can lead to disastrous consequences. This research can provide references to the government to make right decisions on application of helicopters in fire fighting and rescue and the function of helicopters in fire fighting and rescue can be effectively played.
