Some Thoughts on Forest Fire Eztinguishing Functions and Requirements for Actions of Public Security Fire Brigade

In recent years, participation of public security fire army in forest fire extinguishing has become more frequent and caused more attention from the governments at different levels, social circles and fire fighting troops themselves. It is necessary to explore and further confirm the main functions of public security fire army in forest fire extinguishing and the specific requirements for tactical actions in combination of practical fire fighting cases. In consideration of the organization and command in April 27, 2009 fire extinguishing in Yinanhe Forest Farm, Zhanhe Forestry Bureau, Heilongjiang Province and some forest fire fighting eases in Heilongjiangs history, the writer explores the main functions of public security fire army in forest fire extinguishing and the specific requirements for tactical actions.
