Present Situation of Fire Prevention in Xian Ancient Buildings and its Countermeasures

摘要：

Through the research of the layout feature and the existing state in the fire prevention, as a case study of Xian urban area, this article analyses the problems and the causes of Xian ancient buildings, such as structure, layout, fire-fighting equipment and management. Using the basic principle of architectural design and plan in the fire prevention, linked with the city environment of ancient buildings, this paper points the way to deal with the fire prevention of ancient buildings, and make some positive contributions to protection and reuse of Xian ancient buildings
