The ezperimental study about the bad efforts to Stream conductor insulation capability by producing heat
This thesis mainly studies the experimental efforts of a high temperature in progress with stream conductor insulting capability. From the research result, under the situation of having electric current leading to producing heat by itself or person on conducting wire, the effect is bigger, the temperature rises. Insulate resistance monishes and the leakage of electricity electric current enhances, under the situation that electric current is relatively stable, the temperature becomes stable when rising to certain value, conducting wire heat dissipation and fever heat are in a equilibrium state now. Insulation electric resistance also presents this law which is according with the theory result. By analyzing the data, we also can find that: when temperature is affected by external factor(the air flow, voltaic instability), effect is more obvious than that caused by insulation resistance, that is, when air flow or voltaic instability makes the wire temperature decrease to a certain value, the insulation electric resistance value is higher than that out of the effort; If the electric current breaks and electrifying does not exceed the value, the conducting wire temperature reduces till the ambient temperature, insulation electric resistance value can recover to that of the not electrifying state.
