Study of the Metallographic Quantitative Analysis on Fire Copper Wire
The metallographic analysis of the copper wire melted mark formed in the fire to determine a primary short circuited or a secondary short circuited, is directly related to the fires cause of the accident, which is widely used in fire accidents analysis. At present, the common use of metallographic method is only the qualitative analysis. In this paper, the system study of 4 mm2_copper wire on primary short circuited in columnar crystal grain size of the average level is 13.45±0.29 and 9.06±0.49 for the second short circuited, the difference between primary short circuited and secondary short circuited due to low-temperature resume process back to lead resistivity down, and the impact of the temperature gradient on the crystal growth.
