Study on Standard Frame of Fire Risk Assessment for Property Insurance

摘要：

Based on universality of insurance business range, multiformity of insurance subject and different methods of fire risk assessment with different applicable requirements, a series of standards with common standard as the core, supplemented by individual standards is established as constitution way of fire risk evaluation for property insurance standards. It was focused on planning the content of the general guidelines part from general principles, the basic elements of assessment, assessment methods and assessment procedures. Standard is not only used on underwriting check, but also on fire risk management and fire supervision. The fire risk assessment for property insurance standard build a flat roof for fire and insurance achieve positive interaction through setting criterion on fire risk assessment as guide for determining the rate of property insurance premiums.
