THE DESIGN OF THE VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PRECISION MAGNETIC DRUM-SEEDER BASED ON DSP
The coefficient of single seeding,which is effected by the coefficient of the absorbing seeds directly is an important parameter.The purpose of this paper is to design the variable control system for precision magnetic drum-seeder. In order to enhance the efficiency of sowing, the roller is speed-down when it absorbs seeds,whereas it is speed-up when it absorbed or is sowing seeds.The variable control system embodies F2812DSP controller,PS2 keyboard and photoelectricity sensor.Experiment showed that the efficiency had been raised by 16% and the coefficient of single seeding was over 95%,when the speed of absorbing seeds was up to 16r/min and the speed of absorbed and sowing seeds was up to 20r/min.
