Ezperiment Research of Grain Flow Sensor Impact-Based Dual-plates Differential
The dual-plates differential impact-based grain flow sensor can reduce the vibration of the combine harvester using the differential method. The pre-detect board of sensor for signals is detected the impact of cereal grain, the post-detect board is detected mechanical vibration signals. The two detection panels vibration signal is a pair of common-mode signal. The vibration interference signal of combine harvester can be eliminated by differential circuit to improve the signal to noise ratio of the output signal. Experiment inside tested the static force characteristics of grain flow sensor, the output signal of the grain flow sensor had nothing to do with the location of the point of application of the external force, and had linear relationship with the value of the force. The linearity of the sensor could meet the application requirements. Through laboratory and field test the sensor, the calibration experiments grain flow during the range of 0.6-2kg/s, the sensor output voltage signal of the coefficient were gotten. Calibration coefficient K were determined through test. The error of grain flow sensor was less than 7% in field measurement experiment.
