Regional Agricultural Information Platform for Public Services

摘要：

In view of agricultural information and communication environment of the status quo, based on the principle of government-led push forward. In this paper, in order to build a city-led information service center to districts and counties for the backbone network of services, information services to the township for assistance, information services to the village for four units supporting platform structure. The establishment of intelligent gateway integrated telephone, radio, television, text messaging, the Internet, intelligent voice, multimedia and other information platforms, and the development of smart terminal has solved the last mile problem of information service. Investment in small and easy promotion, high universality, etc., for the realization of integrated regional agricultural information services is of has a certain reference significance.
