The Design and Implementation of Auto-Creating Marine Questionnaire Based on GIS
“Marine questionnaire is one of the most important achievement forms in investigation of marine usage conditions(908 special project), which includes sea lot map based on coordinates of boundary point and basic information of marine use such as marine location, marine usage type and so on. According to analyze the requirement of marine investigation and the characteristic of marine usage data, the technological processes and method of the procedure for auto-creating marine questionnaire based on GIS have been explained emphatically, discussing the key technology of automatic drawing of the sea lot map and automatic filling in the attribute of marine usage data. The author develops auto-creating marine questionnaire module based on platform of ArcGIS9.2 and Arc Engine as COM, realizing the function of data inputting, processing, and outputting of the marine investigation achievement, improving the efficiency and correctness, and preventing the inaccuracy made by manual work effectively.
