Searching for Edge of Enterprise
Enterprise environment research implies that edge of enterprise is certain. But there hasnt been a good way to define & decide the edge. Analyzed economically, edge of enterprise tends to disappear. Scrutinized again, interaction of enterprises key internal & external elements becomes focus of the contradiction. Zhao Xi-bin of Wuhan University proposed a model of 12 key elements which is a leading one in China. The model includes economy, government, social culture, law, science & technology, suppliers, natural resources, buyers, rivals, managers, artificial resources and corporate culture. The 12 key elements could be divided into two groups: external environment and internal environment. Here this model is analyzed and studied.
