Ezperiment Research on Communication Art Resolving Cross-culture Conflict--Based on Difference Culture Between China and Germany
Define cross-couture conflict, conflict resolution degree and communication art in experiment and build the model of communication resolution cross-culture conflict to study the relationship between communication art and Sino-German culture conflict resolution. Bring forward a set of index system to scale communication art by behavior experiment research method. Analyze experiment data from reliability, validity and by comparison matrix method and the results prove that there is a positive correlation between communication art and degree of cross-culture conflict resolved; the weight of communication logic and mood in index system of communication art is bigger than other variables and the influence on Sino-German culture conflict resolution is significant but the effect of gesture and speed of speaking is not significant.
