Research on Measures of Innovating Asset Securitization in China
Asset securitization plays a role in realizing the assets which are lacking of liquidity in advance to address the liquidity risk. It is feasible for china to implement asset securitization with its economic development and perfection of the securities market. Asset securitization has an inherent impact on financial institutions, investors, markets and issuers. China implementation of asset securitization must further improve legal and institutional environment, foster relevant market factors, perfect the financial services and set up risk-taking mechanism.
