Based on the Principle of Value Chain to Analysis the OFDI of the Developing Countries

摘要：

In recent years, the outward foreign direct investments (OFDI) of Transnational Corporations of developing countries have developed rapidly, especially to developed countries. The global financial and economic crisis, beginning in US, provides the opportunity of foreign investment for Transnational Corporations of developing countries; however, how do the Transnational Corporations with disadvantage of developing countries obtain greater success? The paper compares the outward foreign direct investment of transnational corporations of developed countries with developing countries basing the value chain principle and puts forward policy recommendations for the Transnational Corporations of developing countries to invest in developed countries.
