A Study on Classification of Enterprises Based on the Structure of Stakeholders

The subject of the paper is to classify the enterprises according to the feature of the stakeholders structure. The paper argues the necessity of classifying the enterprises for governance. Then define the stakeholders in the enterprise. By analyzing various resources in the enterprise, the paper goes further on analyzing the influence on resources of stakeholders, and the concentration power. Upon these analyses, the paper classifies the enterprises according to the feature of the inner stakeholders structure, which are the material resources type, the human resources type, the structure resources type, the material-human resources type, the material-structure resources type, the human-structure resources type, the synthesized resources type.
