Organization Efficiency Evaluation of Railway Transport Enterprises Based on Relative Rank Combinational Evaluation Method

Efficiency improvement is the important choice for the railway transport enterprises. At first literature overview is taken for the organization efficiency evaluation of railway transport enterprises. Then the relative rank combinational evaluation method is discussed. The evaluation index system is constructed to evaluation organization efficiency of railway transport enterprises. Superefficiency DEA, Composite index, TOPSIS, Efficiency coefficient method are chosen to take evaluation. Based on the results of above 4 single evaluation method, combinational evaluation is constructed. The evaluation results are discussed. At last some suggestions are provided for the efficiency improvement of railway transport enterprises.
