Study on Successful Patterns and Key Factors for Overseas M&A of Chinese Machine Tool Industry
In recent years, many large-scale Chinese manufacturing enterprises took part in the overseas M&A and failed. However, in ten cases of M&A that took place in Chinese machine manufacturing enterprises, all of them succeeded. What advisable experiences can we learn from these successful cases of Chinese machine manufacturing enterprises? On the basis of summarizing the available studies related to manufacturing enterprises M&A, this article analyzes Chinese machine manufacturing enterprises ten cases of M&A from three aspects: motivation, pattern and effect. In addition, it deeply analyses and explores those ten cases unique patterns and key factors for their success. Hopefully, it can provide some inspiration and guidance to other Chinese manufacturing enterprises M&A.
