Research on the Mode Selection of Foreign Equity Investment of Teztile Enterprises
The mode selection of equity investment of textile enterprises has an important impact on investment results in China. In this paper, quantitative analysis and simulation tests were done drawing the lessons from the cost-profit model in the selection investment model of textile enterprises. From the tests we obtained maximum ownership for textile enterprises in the joint enterprises and wholly-owned enterprises should be the goal of enterprises. A case of Cambodia verifies the conclusions of the model selection.
