A Quantitative Study of Administrative Governance in State-owned Listed Companies
Chinas reform and opening up is not only a transition from planned economy to market economy but also an evolution process of administrative governances weakening. In order to have a basic judgment and understanding on the evolution of corporate governance, it can be qualified by relative index of administrative governance. An index model is established with principal component analysis and technology of data standardized from 6 dimensions at present stage in the paper. Then an application example of five years data from 20 state-owned listed companies indicates the index can quantify the dynamic evolution process of SOEs administrative governance.
