Select Analysis Based on HR Outsourcing Providers
Since the birth of HR outsourcing of enterprises, the research on content, motivation, risk factors, and other respects of HR management outsourcing has achieved certain results. But how to choose HR service providers still depends on experience lacking qualitative research under the internal human condition which is determined. This paper, after learning home and abroad HR research, converts outsourcing selection into a quantitative analysis of multi-selection of indicators according to multiindex decision model, and solved them by making use of ideal point method on the basic of combination of qualitative and quantitative, also gives an example to demonstrate results that shows it is feasible to help solve the problem.
