Do Administration Linked Companies Enjoy Privileges?--Take Chinese Listed Companies for Ezample

摘要：

This paper, built on the datum of 817 listed companies in 2006, aims to study the difference on term of profit, investment, job provision etc. The results indicate that, due to excessive administrative intervention, the companies have the stronger administrative contact offer investment and more jobs, which are not to achieve the objective of profit maximization. Such situation will have negative impact on the performance and the value of the companies in some extent.
