Analyze Chinas Administrative Division Economy Puzzles and Its Breakthrough in a Perspective of Compound Governance
With the development of Regional Economic Integration, the phenomenon of Administrative Division Economy turned out to be a barrier in resources distribution and industrial structure optimization. Through establishing functions of governmental governance performance, with merely the main governance part of government considered, this study pointed out the mathematical logic of origin and deterioration of Administrative Division Economy. Subsequently, through extending the main governance part of government to three governance parts of government, market, and civil society organizations, and revising the preceding governmental governance performance function, the author proved Compound Governance is effective for breaking the contradictions caused by the Administrative Division Economy.
