Discussion About Motivation and Management Countermeasures of Corporate Social Responsibility
From the basic concept of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), this paper explores the connotation and extension included in the international and domestic corporate social responsibility, analysis of the motivation of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, and gets the conclusion: Fulfilling CSR, the enterprises will face with government regulation, product market reputation risk, the labor market and capital market reputation risk and multinational procurement such as procurement. Chinese enterprises should establish effective management measures to respond to the world tide of CSR movement.
