A Research on E-business Applied to Tourism Services Management Based on Travelers Perception
These days, as the E-business is developing, the application to the service management of tourism has been more and more believed by the tourism enterprises for supplying more tourism service. Some studies; however, have failed to take into account of the travelers perception, which accounts for many transactions for tourism enterprises and travelers. To solve the problem, this study focuses E-business applied to service management of tourism with the travelers perception. For the purpose, online services of tourism were identified from China, which is classified by 10 variables, representing travelers perceptions about tourism service characteristics. Data-mining techniques and statistical processes were applied to the data analysis to obtain more scientific outcome. By studying the characteristics of the selected group of online service of tourism, managers of tourism enterprises can implement more suitable strategies, foster more positive attitudes towards online transactions, by which they can increase online transactions and buying intentions.
