The Research on the Optimization of Construction Enterprise Project Collaborative Management Based on Value Net

摘要：

With the enterprise group and development of international, an increasing number of enterprises construct economic management system of value net based on improving their own development of value chain. Because the organizers of the value net structure can constitute net node enterprises together, that needs some special driving force, including risk reduction, increased flexibility, ability to innovate to improve the industry, reducing the complexity of the node and other enterprises. This paper adopts the theoretical of net value construction to build the structure model of the construction enterprises value net, in order to provide system support to optimize the collaborative management of the project. This paper raises objectives to be attained by construction enterprise project collaborative optimization on the value net system.
