Research About Syndicate Financing in Venture Capital Finance Based on the DIT Theory

The DIT (the Distance of Information-state Transition) measures the difficulty level for any information-state transition. Syndicate financing in Venture Capital involves information operation, and must involves the DIT. Under the syndicate financing in venture capital, the DIT of the entrepreneurial project transiting from failure state to successful state can be controlled by relative parameters.
