Corporate Governance Theory: Ezploration, Commentary and Comparison of Similarities and Differences--About Illuminations of the Financial Crisis for the Study on Corporate Governance Theory
There are great differences of management theories among different corporations, even totally opposite. Different corporate governance theories are incorporated into the relevant analysis frame of the economics, therefore, the sources of the similarities and differences and the sharp characteristics of the generality and individuality shall be gradually brought into the public view. Taking the different economic analysis frame as the segregation basis, the thesis has compared and analyzed the different corporate theories based on the exploration, evaluation and comparison of the similarities and differences and the characteristics of the generality and individuality. Combining the time background of the present economic crisis, this thesis has further demonstrated the enlightenments of the financial crisis for the study on corporate governance theory.
