Enterprise Group Diversification Strategy Growth Model Based on the Operating Remaining Resource Research
In this paper, the theory of business research resources, the group diversified business-to-business strategy development model completes an in-depth research. By means of digging into the deeper meaning of management resources, research has been an effective solution to the use of enterprise resources to be followed in the remaining short side of the decision-making principles and operation of the principle of compensation effect of resources and the effective core competition is the prerequisite for the maintenance of diversified development of enterprise groups research on the growth mode of thought, and further resources based on business strategy for the remainder of the growth of diversified production capacity expansion tree model, enterprise groups and UN demand for a diversified strategy to grow the perfect model to provide valuable reference to the theory.
