Study on Governance of Virtual Logistics Enterprise
As a new mode of operation logistics, the virtual logistics enterprises has become an important means of the logistics enterprises, especially for small and medium enterprises to share resource and information, to enhance competitiveness and to grasp market opportunities. Virtual logistics enterprise is essentially an alliance network-type organization, significantly different from the traditional bureaucratic organization in the strengths and characteristics. In this paper, we begin with the characteristics of virtual logistics enterprise, analysis the characteristics of organizational model of virtual logistics enterprise and its governance, propose to establish three governance mechanism based on trust and reputation mechanisms, common attendance and dynamic governance structure.
