Analysis on the Motivation of Merger and Acquisition

摘要：

Economics theory has given many explanation about the motivation of Merger and Acquisition (M&A). The new characteristic of competition between corporations is win-win strategy. Viewpoint on driving sources of cooperation during M&A is proposed. Allocation rules and equilibrium of cooperation are analyzed with an effectual solution of allocation introduced.
