The Research of the Organizational Sensemaking Process with the Participation of Stakeholders
In recent years, people gradually pay much attention to sensemaking, but less to the organizational sensemaking under the conditions with stakeholders participation. In fact, the leader cannot accomplish organizational sensemaking alone. The stakeholders are sure to participate in sensemaking process more or less. But there are less researches about this topic, especially lack of the theoretical frame. Basing on reviewing past researches, this paper examines the main contents and various types of organizational sensemaking process. And by analyzing data and summarizing, this paper puts forward four factors that influence the form of sensemaking: issue character, organizational character, actors character, and other uncertainties, perfect frame the theories.
