Research on Chain Governance Based on Value Mazimization—Take Hebei Iron and Steel Group as an Ezample
Based on the research on restricting integration Hebei Iron and Steel Group and the current governance with its stakeholders, this paper puts forward the concept of chain governance based on value maximization. The governance chains can be built on the value kink of the group. Also different governance chains can be built according to different institutions so that a network of chain governance can be formed, which will perfect the governance mechanism and help reach the objective of the groupvalue maximization.
