Research on Knowledge Transfer Performance Evaluation Between Parent Company and Subsidiaries of MNCs

Based on the different stages of knowledge assimilation, sharing, internalization, innovation, value creation and the path and transmission mechanism of knowledge transfer performance formation during the process of knowledge transfer between the parent company and the subsidiaries of multinational companies (MNCs), this paper divides knowledge transfer performance evaluation into three hierarchies: individual performance, team performance, organization performance from the perspective of measuring the results of knowledge transfer performance between the parent company and the subsidiaries of MNCs. constructs an index system of systematic knowledge transfer performance evaluation between parent company and the subsidiaries of MNCs. applies the AHP(the analytic hierarchy process) method and the fuzzy mathematics method to build the model of knowledge transfer performance evaluation between the parent company and the subsidiaries of MNCs.
