The Methodology Problem on Corporate Governance Research

摘要：

The issue on theories foundation and analysis method in corporate governance, say exactly, is a methodological problem. Different methodologies will surely influence the theoretical construction and choice of method. This paper reflects theories and methods of corporate governance in methodology view, aiming at providing a new view for corporate governance and contributing to current corporate governance practice in china.
