Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Corporate Governance Structure in State-owned Corporation

摘要：

The corporate governance structure is the core and development product of modern corporation system. The establishment and the improvement are important links to modern corporation system. In this article, I mainly analyzed some subject questions existing in our state-owned enterprises, based on which, the corresponding standards and improvement suggestions of corporate governance structure have been given.
