Discussion on Independent Directors Responsibility Based on Corporate Governance Improvement

摘要：

It is an active choice for governance structure promotion of listed companies to build a team of independent director. Based on corporate governance improvement, it discussed the behavior objective, work meanings, functions, duties and obligations, as well as the basic professional accomplishment from the perspective of independent director. It also stressed the requirements for risk prevention through successful and failed cases of corporate governance.
