The Sense of Work Pressure Has a Great Impact on the Professional Managers Turnover Intention
Research on the relationship between the sense of work pressure and turnover intention of professional manager has theoretical and practical significance, but there is little person do empirical research on that. This paper research the relationship between the sense of work pressure and turnover intention in terms of empirical study. It follows the framework of work stress research. And select the sense of work pressure as independent variable, self-efficacy as intermediate variable, and select turnover intention as dependent variable. The results show that work pressure do positive promote on turnover intention of professional managers. In the mean while, work pressure of professional managers has a significant impact on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy has a negative effect to turnover tendency. However, selfefficacy of professional managers does not play an intermediary role between work pressure and turnover intention.
