Chinese Securities Investment Fund Management Mechanism and Countermeasures of Defect
Chinas rapid development of securities investment funds to promote Chinas securities market has gradually become an important force for stable development. However, as investment funds in the governance mechanisms are still flawed, mainly in the internal governance mechanisms and external governance environment, the China Securities Investment Fund has been constituted the healthy development of the bottleneck constraint, that have affected the stability and development of Chinas securities market. To solve this problem, this paper based on the theory of existing research, analyzed the problems and shortcomings exiting in the Chinese securities investment fund management mechanism, presented construction suggestions separately from the internal governance structure, institutional environment and the external market environment. Thereby, make the best use for the building the Fund in the manner of governance by the blocking to infrequent, thinking it more clear, in order to improve the Fund, provides an effective means of governance.
