Design Error/ Defect Research of Man-Machine Interface in Helicopter Cockpit System

摘要：

This paper gives the relevant human error induced from design error/ defect based on the home and abroad information.The procedure of the checks and analyses are established to identify the design error/ defect resulting in human error.And the FMEA method is applied to perform analyses of the human error effects.The purpose is to provide the design modification action for eliminating/ decreasing the design error/ defect in order to increase reliability and safety of helicopter.
