Reliability Growth Assessment Method Based on Test Data

摘要：

This article introduces a reliability growth assessment method,using dynamic modeling idea combined with middle position rank in statistic based on the analysis of the reliability growth management statuesque of weapons in the R&D phase and the characters showed in the phase-by-phase testing as well as small sample examination.The method can he applies to multi-phase and multi-environment test in a simple and visible manner, and parameter assessment becomes easier as well.
