Practice for Vessel Safety Engineering

摘要：

Safety is one of the critical design characteristics in vessel development.We have proposed a complete set of method for planning and commencing on safety effort in the early development phase of vessel and have practiced it on a certain ship.In this article,we give an exposition on the set of method and hope that our achievements will make an offer for the safety work of vessel development in the future.
