System Dynamics in Supply Support of Spare Parts

摘要：

To realize Focus Logistics with low cost,from the macroscopical and systematic view and considering the whole procedure of spare parts supply support including production, order,supply,store,use,recovery(for the repairable), and retirement.System Dynamics (SD) theory was applied to analyze the properties of dynamics in supplying flow of spares parts.The general model was built for spare parts supply support procedure and relevant data was simulated.Based on the current condition and strategy of supply support,it was evaluated and predicted that the amount of equipment and relevant expense which are needed by the specific military unit in the some time of future.Through cyber-aid strategy adjustment and simulating experiment, the optimum support strategy for high efficiency and low cost could be found, and specific advice based on different time and conditions could be proposed,such as the frequency and amount of order at different time.
