Preliminary Study on Reliability-Centered Maintenance of High-speed Train

摘要：

Some characteristics about reliability,maintainability and testability of our high-speed trains would be analyzed deeply in this paper.On this foundation, the feasibility of applying the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) system to high-speed trains would be demonstrated, and some problems,such as fault assortment,fault effect,fault law,maintenance mode, maintenance task type and so forth, arc researched.Furthermore, the preliminary RCM method for high-speed trains is established. The application of RCM to high-speed trains is illuminated via an example.Finally,conclusions and suggestions about RCM of high-speed trains are put forward.
