Analysis and Optimization on the Ezplosive Impact Response of Bolt Joint Structure
The blast load response of precise bolt Finite Element model was studied by LS-DYNA software.Firstly, the initial stress of thread was added by the dropping temperature method.Then the dynamic response and deformation damage of the bolt model were calculated by the elastic-plastic constitutive material equation and surface-surface contact algorithm,which calculating models including bolt joint and bolt-nut joint with and without initial stress.The concerned position was found and a simple damage model of the thread joint was created based on the calculated results.Finally optimization schemes for the bolt joint to resist impact were put forward after analyzing the results.These schemes provided important instructions for the structural design of impact resistance.
