Research on Measure Model of Flight Comprehensive Quality for Civil Aviation Pilots
This paper is aiming to establish the measure model of flight comprehensive quality for civil aviation pilots. The index of the comprehensive quality for civil aviation pilots was established, including cognitive ability, personality characteristics, professional adaptability and mental health. Basic Flight Ability Test, Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire, Personal Characteristics Inventory Test, Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) Test were adopted to evaluate the comprehensive quality of civil aviation pilots. Then correlation analysis and other mathematical methods were used to examine the reliability and validity of the scales to make sure completeness and consistency of the index, and at last, the measure model of comprehensive quality for the civil aviation pilots was built, which can be applied to practice.
