Influences of the driving intensity of tractor drivers on the drivers’physiological load

When driving a tractor in the field, the operating strength and the physiological load of an operator differ greatly from the steering mechanisms. This study is implemented on the two different steering mechanisms and to test the number of heart beat and the volume of the oxygen consumption. Then the rule of psychological and physiological changes with the different steering mechanisms is achieved. The result states that the operating load for volunteers with the different age and driving age varies from the different steering mechanisms. It provides data of operators self for designing the each system on a new model and supplies the important theoretical reference to revising the existing system on tractor. And this result can be used for the reference to the updating and promotion of the application study on Ergonomic and the expanding of the application field and, the betterment of designing methods as well. This test result also proves the orientation for the technical improvement on the operating comfort, as well as work efficiency and the safety for the domestic machines, and practical design. Therefore the design efficiency can be improved so as to design the agricultural machinery suiting Chinese figures and improve old and conventional design methods.
