Introduction of Safety and Health Laws in Korea

摘要：

Safety and health become a critical issue in the worksite (manufacturing sectors as well as non-manufacturing sectors) for the past several years in Korea as Korea joined WTO (World Trade Organization). Laws related to safety and health of workers in Korea was studied in three aspects of working condition, female, and elderly workers. Work-related diseases or accident prevention systems such as laws or regulations to protect workers at workplaces in Korea were introduced in this study.
