Ergonomics hazard of Maintain Engineer at workstation in TFT-LCD factories
There are many dangerous movements and habits resulting in ergonomic hazards at the company. After fixing the machine, the TFT-LCD maintain engineer immediately jumped from the machine to the earths surface not to use assistant safe frame. If the human body was usually exposed to large landing impact, it has been creating the potential for injury. The purpose of the study is to simulate the activity of maintain engineer and analysis the kinematics and kinetic differences of drop landing from four different heights (18、36、54cm) about angle of knee. The subjects for this study were eight university students.. There mean height, weight and age were about 166.63±4.57, 60.81±9.27and 23.63±0.74 respectively. Kinematics and kinetic data were recorded simultaneously from a motion system..The result shows the maximal flexion landing angles were significant different between 18cm and 54cm in right and left knee.
