Repeatability and stability of normalized electromyographic (EMG) measurements on musculus orbicularis oculi
In order to use integrated EMG measurements from musculus orbicularis oculi as a tool for predicting eye strain, a calibration platform was constructed, and two groups of subjects were tested two times within two weeks in order to validate the test tool. The results showed reasonable reproducible results in EMG values, but with large dispersion, leaving non significant results. A second test of stability is carried out, and the results from this test will be presented and discussed at the conference.
