Ergonomics is devoted to understanding and transformation. The first challenge to an “ergotoxicological approach is to comprehend exposure to chemical substances that can harm human health. However, the main objective is to transform and change work so that contact with dangerous substances is avoided. From the first works on the risks of poisoning, based on ergonomic work analysis, many issues have been raised which serve as landmarks to transform work, the work of those who are exposed to xenobiotics during their occupational activities
